"Everything is great! The lovely apartment is conveniently located in the old city, with good interior design and all the necessary amenities. I travelled with my parents, and we used the kitchen a lot which is really a huge bonus for longer trips out there. More importantly, our host is a real gem. When we checked out, my dad left his AirPods Pro between the gap of sofa pads. I had to contact Sada trying to find out if he or the cleaning lady had found it. He searched twice for us and eventually found the little thing, after which he went all the way to send it back to me by mail. It was a lot of added trouble, but he was so kind to help us out throughout the whole process. I am really grateful for what he did for us, and I would recommend anyone to become Sada's guest, as he's the best host in the world."

"I have never had such a beautiful, clean and impeccable flat in Nice (or anywhere else probably). Perfect central location in a quiet street in the centre of Old Nice. Easy check in and check out, lovely owner. I hope the flat is available again on my next visit to Nice."

"One disadvantage is the sofa bed, which is more suitable for people with a height of 1.60 cm. Another disadvantage for some might be the location on the 3rd floor without a lift. But that's normal in such an old building! I personally didn't find this a problem."

"Spacious. Lovely bathroom. Very clean. Amazing location. Good use of space. Some great facilities ie. iron, washing machine, dish washer, air con, fan, coffee machine. The host was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. He also tried to solve some minor issues which we appreciated."

"We loved our stay but there are a few things we didn’t like that are quick fixes… Not enough lounge space for a family of four. Very few essential kitchen items for a holiday in France ie. chopping board for baguettes, sharp or serrated knives, extra tea towels. The TV is very old and we found it difficult to stream. Netflix and Prime were the only streaming options - no Apple TV. Some local restaurant, supermarket and activity suggestions would have also been helpful."

"The bed was VERY soft which can be hard on some people's backs. Be aware that the 3rd floor in France is what we would consider the 4th floor in the US, they count the ground floor as #0."

Przed wyjazdem otrzymaliśmy szczegółowe, prosto i zrozumiale napisane instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania wraz ze zdjęciami obrazującymi lokalizacje apartamentu i możliwości dojazdu. Przez cały okres pobytu byliśmy w kontakcie z właścicielem, który zawsze odpisywał na wiadomości. Elastyczne podejście do godzin zameldowania i wymeldowania. Mieszkanie blisko restauracji, sklepów, piekarni. Do plaży 5 minut spacerkiem. W mieszkaniu wszystko czego potrzeba tak jak w opisie."
